Description: Here's an example of the kids' interstitial cartoon, "The Most Important Person" airing on WFLD Channel 32. This one - "Why Not Try?", occured as a special time-filling "bonus" at the end of an episode of Lost in Space. Notice that there are no superimposed titles in the opening credits stating the episode name as there are in other existing film copies that came from school library collections. (Color is also a lot better in this version - film tends to redden with age)
These aired on WFLD Channel 32 and WTTW Channel 11 in Chicago during the late-seventies and possibly as late as 1982?
Funded by The Office of Child Development - Department of Health, Education, and Welfare.
