A quick flash of the Kaiser Broadcasting Company ID that no one has seen for 32 years! Too bad it's not complete - you can hear a snippet of some music that they played over it - sounds weird, I wonder what it was? (By the way, the little bit of man's voice you hear at the end is not from the ID but from the program that was recorded next on the tape)
Rarer than a Hen's tooth, this stuff is. ;-)
