Description: Here's the opening for the WLS Late Night Movie presentation of "A Woman Rebels".
Notice, the graphics are the "Swirling Stars" animation which is the same style as the WLS 3:30 Movie opening from the same era.
However, the music is not the same - it is instead the music that is used for the updated WLS 3:00 Movie. (which we've learned is an edited version of Ramsey Lewis' Skippin')
Why the mix-up? Not sure, although since this aired only a few months after the changeover from the 3:30 Movie to the 3:00 Movie and the new graphics, maybe it had something to do with that.
This aired on local Chicago TV early Saturday, October 18th 1980.
