Description: Here's a technical difficulties moment from WFBN Channel 66 during a broadcast of The Avengers.
We see the abrupt end of a commercial offer for a Civil War Chess Set and then a TV-66 "Road sign" station ID. Something's not quite kosher though as the interruption continues and the operator decides to make the most of it by playing some funky music (an excerpt of the song "What Is Hip", by Tower of Power) before the program returns.
(picture's a bit jittery to due being recorded on EP mode VHS)
This aired on local Chicago TV sometime in 1985.
