Description: Here's a clip that's very short but also very rare. On the 1977 WSNS tape, between the two episodes of Superman there was a quick switch to something that might have been recorded previously - a small excerpt of an Emergency Broadcast System test. You can see the slide used for it and make out a word or two of the announcement "Broadcasters...(in your area, probably)"

Slide says: "Emergency Broadcast System - Official Government Information - Civil Defense Instructions"

I don't recognize the voiceover person, but it is very short so it's hard to tell. This may have been from a channel other than WSNS.

I'm going to say that this is still from 1977, even though it may have been earlier if it was something he recorded over. (The person got his Betamax around September 1976, so it is possible)
