Description: Here's some footage from WJYS Channel 62 and their Home Shopping Club. Would this also be considered a sign-on? Their doesn't seem to be any edits in the video but that's how it looks - with static, and then that Video Magic credit before it smoothly transitions into a promo. Any idea?

If anyone is clamoring for more of this footage I could post a few more parts.

Based on what the lady says in the promo near the beginning, this likely aired on local Chicago TV in February of 1993.
