Description: Here's a vintage commercial for TUMS antacid, with an animated man's acid indigestion and heartburn represented visually by such images as volcanic eruptions, lightning strikes, a distorted shot of midtown Manhattan from atop the Empire State Building (looking north towards West 42nd Street and 5th Avenue), stop-motion animation of dinosaurs fighting, building explosions, high tides, war zones and ships hit by turbulent seas - and after he takes a Tums, his relief is visually represented by such images as birds resting in the grass, a leisurely rowboat ride, a cow grazing, a flower blooming in fast motion, and an ocean at sunset.
Ending voiceover by ??
"Work fast, cost less, very effective."
