Description: Here's Part 2 of Fahey Flynn Presents: Seven's Greetings, a Christmas Eve special hosted by the legendary news anchor on WLS Channel 7. This was transferred from the original 2" quad master tape (long since trashed) onto 3/4" Umatic, from which this transfer was made. The show was recorded on Tuesday, December 19th 1972.

Featured in this part are Suzy Streetnoise and the puppets Meisterburger and Mike Raphone and from Interesting News for Kids, Feminine Franchise hosts Shari Blair and Rosemarie Gulley, Jim Stewart of Passage to Adventure, Black on Black co-host Daddy-O-Daylie, Olga Amigo host Frank Agraz, Sid Ordower from Jubilee Showcase, Alex Karras (later a co-star of the '80's sitcom Webster) of The Alex Karras Show, station vice president/general manager John C. Severino, and Kennedy & Company co-hosts Bob Kennedy and Susan Peterson.

In this segment, Fahey is about to start when he is interrupted by Meisterburger, Mike Raphone and Suzy Streetnoise, all of whom are told to hold their horses until their chance comes up. He then starts on Clement C. Moore's famous poem, "The Night Before Christmas," with the first eight lines (up to "In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there") shown on the screen inside a wreath.

The next several passages of the poem are spoken by various WLS personalities, with the first words quoted after the name:

- Shari Blair: "The children were nestled all snug in their beds...

- Rosemarie Gulley: "When out on the lawn there arose such a clatter..."

- Jim Stewart: "The moon, on the breast of the new-fallen snow..."

- Daddy-O-Daylie: "With a little old driver, so lively and quick..."

- Frank Agraz: "As dry leaves that before the wild hurricane fly..."

- Sid Ordower: "He was dressed all in fur, from his head to his foot..."

- Alex Karras: "The stump of a pipe he held tight in his teeth..."

- John C. Severino (who would later have two turns as VP / GM at WLS's sister station, KABC Channel 7 in Los Angeles): "A wink in his eye and a twist in his head..."

[Small edit due to tape damage - missing ending of Severino reciting the lines "He spoke not a word, but went straight to his work, And filled all the stockings; then turned with a jerk,"

- Back to Fahey: "And laying his finger aside of his nose..." - to the end of the poem.

We then cut to a closeup of the tree with the name "Bob" displayed in a blank spot, which keys to him and Susan Peterson introducing the Viking Ensemble who sing "Caroling, Caroling."

Afterwards, asked by Fahey what Meisterburger and company had in mind, he gives Christmas and New Year's greetings in German ("Freoehliche Weihnachten Und Ein Glueckliches Neues Jahr"), which closes this part.
