Description: Here's a commercial for Omnibot from Tomy.
Here, remote-controlled robots make like ordinary human beings in various situations (around swimming pools, at old Western saloons, and waiting for subways), all at the touch of a hand or through a programmer which takes ordinary audio cassette tapes.
These were way-expensive to buy when I was a kid (or at least the Omnibot 2000 was) but I did have a friend who had the Verbot, a cheaper version also from Tomy.
