Description: Here is a "Technical Difficulties" moment for The "U" Channel 26 WCIU in Chicago during it's first few weeks on the air. This occured during a commercial break. At least they made it interesting. (Actually the cynical side of me says this was staged, but who knows? Is it a coincidence that the technical difficulty only lasted almost exactly 1 minute?)
