Well, here it is - the opening to The 3:30 Movie on WLS Channel 7!! The movie was "Jason and the Argonauts" - unfortunately the beginning of the film cuts off the last couple seconds of the theme song - which you can hear in the bumpers, which I will post.

Funny, but I've seen these graphics elsewhere - they were also used for the same era's The Late Movie on WLS - except of course for the title change, everything else was the same - same swirling star graphics, ...

WFLD Channel 32 - Lost in Space (Promo, 1977)

Here's a neat promo for Lost in Space on WFLD Channel 32. The opening super is patterned after the first (released) "Star Wars" movie which was referenced in the intro.

We also see the production slate at the beginning showing that this was number 8977 and was directed by Don Shannon. The promo was recorded on 8-10-77 - eight days after Channel 32's prior owner, Kaiser Broadcasting, was subsumed by original owner Field Communications.
