Here's the ending of the Outdoor Sportsman program on WCIU Channel 26. Features Joe Wyer trying to give some info about a contest of some sort (fishing contest?) on April 29th but runs out of time before the credits. Anyone know what the ending music is?
Outdoor Sportsman was on Saturdays at 5:30pm, right before Eddie Korosa's Polka Party. (in the early-to-mid 70's Outdoor Sportsman aired on WSNS Channel 44)
Also features a WCIU-TV Channel 26 Station ID slide ...

Here is Part 2b of a long-forgotten Field Communications produced program for kids called Way to Go. This episode (which may infact be the first one) is from 1980. Peter Kastner is the host.
I am pretty sure this was produced at the Field station KBHK-TV Channel 44 in San Francisco.
This program aired on WFLD Channel 32 in Chicago on Sunday mornings at 9:30am in July of 1981 (Thanks, smctopia!) and may have aired at other times too.

Here's a commercial for Maximum Strength Tylenol Sinus Medication. Here's Part 2 (the final part) of an edition of The Dorsey Connors Show on WNBQ Channel 5 (which, like most shows of this period, is only available via 16mm kinescope film). Ms. Connors, who died on September 5th 2007, was a fixture on Chicago radio and television in the early years of the latter medium, with a daytime program that was along the lines of shows such as that of Lee Phillip on WBBM Channel 2. But whereas Ms. Phillip continually remade herself (and in the process, remain...

WBBM Channel 2 - "Thunderstorms Forever" (1979)
Here is the opening to a rebroadcast of the made-for-tv movie "Forever" starring Stephanie Zimbalist of Remington Steele fame. This is interesting for a number of reasons, but mainly because it features a WBBM Channel 2 weather-crawl warning of thunderstorms for some Wisconsin counties. (How nice of a Chicago station to let them know!)
Hard to believe Stephanie Zimbalist was 21-22 when this movie was filmed.
