Here's a bulletin from ABC News as aired on WLS Channel 7, pertaining to another eruption of Mount Saint Helens. This bulletin interrupted a late-night ABC repeat of the Charlie's Angels episode "Angels on Vacation" (originally broadcast on January 10th 1979) which had aired after ABC News Nightline.

Voiceover by Bob Lloyd.

This aired on local Chicago TV early Friday, June 13th 1980 during the 12:00am to 12:15am timeframe.

Here's a small but juicy rarity - the ending credits for the first airing of Fernwood 2 Night on WFLD Channel 32 - back in the Kaiser Broadcasting era!

You can hear 32's staff announcer tell you that "All That Glitters" (a short-lived Norman Lear series) was next, as well as a tiny snippet of an old WFLD station ID.
