Here is a slightly different bumper for the Late Night Movie than we've seen before. This uses the swirling star graphics and music of the old-style 3:30 Movie, but has a different title color than the one previously seen.

This aired on local Chicago TV early Saturday, March 1st 1980.

Here's a promo for the short-lived NBC program Mr. Smith, about a talking orangutan. I guess they thought it would be a good idea to try and charge people 50 cents to hear what he had to say on the phone at 1-900-40-SMITH. The show lasted less than two months.

Same great session music (oh, to have the original tapes of this - maybe it was done by the same people who did the Super Cartoon Sunrise theme) - this one has less creepy Santa though.

Dispensa's Castle of Toys was located in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois on Route 83 and Roosevelt Road.

WFLD Channel 32 - Lunchtime Fun (Ending Excerpt, 1983)

Here is a brief excerpt from the ending for Lunchtime Fun on WFLD Channel 32. You can hear Dr. Don's voiceover and the funky music, which was used for a number of programs/promos on WFLD at the time. He's referencing a show on at 2:30, so based on TV Guides from the time period, this was Casper, which aired at that time in February 1983.
