Eddie Schwartz Interviews Jerry G. Bishop & Rich Koz (Part 2, 1982)
Here's something pretty rare - you get your Jerry G. and Koz fix all in one. (Not to mention a tribute to recently passed "Chicago Ed" Eddie Schwartz). This is Part 2 of a radio interview Eddie did with Jerry G. Bishop (in studio) where they call up Rich Koz at home.
Sorry for the variable and at times muffled audio quality - I did not mix this or attempt to fix it up much. If any audio wizards out there would like to normalize it all to one standard volume and try to run a ...

The Reluctant Robot (Part 1, 1980)

Here is Part 1 from another all but forgotten Field Communications special production - The Reluctant Robot. It was produced to get kids interested in Astronomical Science; pulsars, planets, space travel, etc. You can definitely see the influence from Star Wars a couple years earlier. The budget must not have been too great because the whole thing comes off as feeling like an episode of Dr. Who. (not that there's anything *wrong* with that) ;-)
Once again, I am pretty sure...

Way to Go! Special (Part 2, 1980)

Here is Part 2 of the Field Communications produced Way to Go! Special - an hour long (compilation?) showcase of some special kids and what they do. Has a lot of nice little slices of late seventies life as a kid. :-) The tape was dated May of 1980. My contact says that only a few of these "Specials" were made. Like I said, I'm not sure if these were compilations of segments shown on the regular Way to Go program, or if they were specifically produced for these specials. I am pretty sure thi...
