Here's a promo for the 1981 Tournament of Roses Parade (Rose Bowl Parade), to be aired on New Year's Day at 7:00pm (as an "encore" showing) on WGN Channel 9. The hosts for this edition are Bob Eubanks and Jayne Kennedy, who promise the best camera views along the parade route so viewers would get as good a view as possible of the floats and the marching bands.

Here's a neat promo for the Lunchtime Fun lineup on WFLD Channel 32 - including Lost in Space at 11am, Underdog at Noon, and Tennessee Tuxedo at 12:30pm! This was the earliest incarnation of Lunchtime Fun, which by 1981 would have it's own more specialized bumpers and promos.
