Perhaps Telefrank can tell us what's going on here? Why is the slide so dark and mysterious looking? Why/when would this ever be used?

Who knows how long this technical difficulties moment lasted? Unfortunately someone was impatient and paused the recording and restarted it when the film was fixed. :-)

Here's one of the few glimpses yet found of a show that a lot of people remember and have requested footage of - Monster Rally Movie! This aired on WSNS Channel 44 and reportedly had it's own host - a mysterious figure in a creepy costume.
