Music almost sounds like the theme from Hawaii 5-O.

Here's a brief bumper promo for an ABC Monday Night Special - "Homosexuals: Out From The Shadows". What was this? Can't find any information on it whatsoever. Probably laughable by today's standards. It says "later tonight" - did it air after the news? Kind of a strange timeslot, no?
