Here's a long-form paid political announcement for President Jimmy Carter that aired after an ABC Sunday Night Special Movie presentation of "Jaws" (only the 2nd time the movie aired on Network TV). Reagan got the first 4 minutes and 20 seconds, Carter got the next.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Sunday, October 5th 1980 during the 9:45pm to 10:01pm timeframe.
