Another weather forecast by Jim Hill (famous for being a longtime voiceover announcer at WMAQ-TV) who originally called it a "very poorly organized storm"; Anchor Mike Jackson speaks at length with Mayor Bilandic about the city's response to the blizzard, which was still being organized at the time (also poorly).

Star Wars Droid Factory by Kenner (Commercial, 1979)
Here's a commercial for the Star Wars Droid Factory by Kenner. A "non-canon" toy that was a bit of a rare oddity back then since there was no "droid factory" in the original movie. Notable for allowing you to make an R2-D2 that actually looks like R2 (more so than the actual action figure) since it includes Artoo's middle extendable leg.

Toy Gallery (Commercial #2, 1975?)

Here's another almost identical commercial for the Toy Gallery, a local business at 1825 North Lincoln that advertised on WSNS Channel 44's Popeye with Steve Hart.
This ad [which comes after a brief CG slate marked "VTR: 586 - Cut: 2 - Toy Gallery (CM :30) - M.T./D.M." - the M.T. standing for director Mike Torchia; not sure what the D.M. is] has the exact same shots (and music and voice effects) as the other variation, except this has no explanatory voiceover.
