Here's a commercial for the anti-balding solution, "Top Coverage" - a sort of spray-paint for your bald spot. Who knew they had this as far back as 1981 (or five years earlier as the spot claims)? I think I only became aware of this or similar products in the late-1990s once infomercials took off.

This is from the day after the event, when they were still trying to connect the dots. Here are a couple of local news reports about the crash of a UH-1 - "Huey" helicopter in Joliet during an airshow at the Joliet Municipal Airport. The crash killed 3 Marines and seriously injured a fourth - David Render of Mount Prospect, IL. The first report is by Elizabeth Brackett on WGN Channel 9 and this is followed by Chuck Henry on WMAQ Channel 5.
