I remember I got one of these years ago at a flea market and it had the most awkward controllers I've ever used. "The Professional Arcade" - for those times you want to do your serious business next to a pac-man machine.

Here's a long-form paid political announcement for President Jimmy Carter that aired after an ABC Sunday Night Special Movie presentation of "Jaws" (only the 2nd time the movie aired on Network TV). Reagan got the first 4 minutes and 20 seconds, Carter got the next.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Sunday, October 5th 1980 during the 9:45pm to 10:01pm timeframe.

Fox Valley Center - "Follow the Fox" (Commercial, 1975)

Here's an early commercial (possibly the first?) for Fox Valley Center in Aurora (which had just opened in 1975), featuring an animated fox as he hides behind a tree, snacks at a table and emerges with various items, with an admonition to "just follow the Fox."

Fox Valley Center is now known as just Fox Valley Mall, and was formerly Westfield Fox Valley.

Here's another commercial for WCFL AM 1000, this time featuring "Deborah" (Deborah Shelton, then a few years away from appearing in Brian DePalma's film "Body Double" and co-starring in Dallas as Mandy Winger, one of J.R.'s many lovers) who has moderate to severe crazy-eyes syndrome.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Saturday, January 16th 1982.
