Here's Part 2 of an episode of AM Chicago on WLS Channel 7 featuring famed sports reporter and anchor Tim Weigel as host (were they going through a different host each week at this point?). This was at the point when the show had been reduced to only a half-hour in length. The guest on this episode was legendary Chicago newspaper columnist and author, Mike Royko, who was 49 years old at the time. Includes:

Well, here it is - the opening to The 3:30 Movie on WLS Channel 7!! The movie was "Jason and the Argonauts" - unfortunately the beginning of the film cuts off the last couple seconds of the theme song - which you can hear in the bumpers, which I will post.
Funny, but I've seen these graphics elsewhere - they were also used for the same era's The Late Movie on WLS - except of course for the title change, everything else was the same - same swirling star graphics, ...

Snipets - "Skateboard Safety Rules" (1980)

Here is another rare Snipets segment! These would air on Field Communications stations such as WFLD Channel 32 in the 70's and 80's.
This one is a bit fuzzy, but it's the best we have so far. This one also features the older "patchwork" logo of Snipets as well as a different group of kids saying "Snipets!". There is also a voiceover at the end which sounds like George Takei - "Snipets are produced by Field Communications". This voiceover was dropped when the "worms" version to...
