WSNS Channel 44 - "Stars" (Partial Station ID Slide, 1977)

Here's another rarity - a partial station ID with a cool slide from WSNS TV-44. This aired at the beginning of an episode of The Invisible Man (series) which you can see a little bit of after the partial ID. The only other date clue I have is the ending credits which say that "To Tell The Truth" is next. Can any of our Schedule Sleuths find out when this might be from?

Here's another Empire Carpets commercial - featuring a pint-sized version of Lynn Hauldren (Empire Carpet Man). The child in this commercial was Jason Kane, who grew up to be a Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Physician at Children's Memorial Hospital. (Just goes to show you where doing an Empire commercial can take you.)

This Break #2 from an unknown episode number features Norman Mark, who at the time was TV/Radio columnist for the Chicago Daily News. He would later go on to review films on WMAQ Channel 5 with "Norman's Mark".

Here is the opening for the WFLD Channel 32 Late Late Double Feature. On this night the movies were Charlie Chaplin in "The Funniest Man in the World" followed by Errol Flynn in "Mara Maru".

The animation seems very reminiscent of PM Magazine's opening.
