Here is a warning bumper which aired at the beginning of Monty Python on WTTW Channel 11 - this one with voice over by Marty Robinson.
"Monty Python's Flying Circus contains scenes which some people may consider unsuitable for younger or more sensitive viewers."
Not sure when this aired exactly, but based on other evidence 1982 is a good guess.

Well this is something pretty darn rare. Here's the opening of a WTTW Channel 11 broadcast of an episode of Monty Python's Flying Circus. It was the episode "A Book at Bedtime" (originally from 1973 - Season 3; Episode 12). Sound ordinary so far? Well, it isn't. The opening of the show includes a sketch that has essentially been lost. Here's another take of an (evidently lipsynced) performance from a band called "The Circus" - recorded at WREX Channel 13 in Rockford, IL. (Not sure if this ever ran on or was intended to run on WCIU Channel 26 or not.)
This came from the other Quad tape that I found in Jack Mulqueen's basement recently. (Recorded in low band, according to the slate at the opening of this clip - as accompanied by an 800 Hz tone).
