Note a reference at the end to Toys "R" Us (of which Children's Bargain Town was a Chicago-area sister chain). Eventually the Children's Bargain Town name was phased out and completely replaced by Toys 'R' Us.

Here's another segment from Popeye with Steve Hart on WSNS Channel 44. Here, Steve is applying clown makeup and, after he finishes, goes off on stage to a waiting (and unseen) audience. Watch, during the middle of his transformation, for the mirror to display an image of a little girl (Steve's daughter) for a few seconds.
