WFLD Channel 32 - Keyfax Nite-Owl Service - "Fuzzy Program Lineup" (Brief Excerpt, 1982)

It must be static-y Nite-Owl excerpt week because I found another one - a really brief one where you can make out the Program Lineup they were showing for WFLD later that day (I didn't know they would show this!) before the channel switched to what looks like a scrambled movie.

Screaming Yellow Theater (Svengoolie) - "Show #5 - Duet With Zelda" (1972)

Here's a segment from Screaming Yellow Theater - the original Svengoolie, which aired on WFLD Channel 32 from 1970-1973. Svengoolie was played by Jerry G. Bishop.

With no clapboard segments, we can only guess that this was Break #7 (from "Show #5") - although on these master tapes sometimes they didn't save all of the breaks, so this could be Break #8 or Break #9 for all we know. This one features some humorous technical screw-up's as well as a duet between Sven & Zelda - a p...

Here is Part 3 of a compilation of assorted Son of Svengoolie clips. I did not make this compilation - it has been floating around the trading circles for a long time, and this is the best copy I've been able to find. It has some neat clips you will not see anywhere else.

Burger King - "Broiling Vs. Frying" with Elisabeth Shue (Commercial, 1983)

Here's another Burger King commercial with future film star Elisabeth Shue, in which she explains that, according to a poll, flame-broiling beats frying by a 3-to-1 ratio - and Burger King does the former.

(Other Burger King commercials with Ms. Shue can be found here and here.)

She can butter my burger any day.
