Here's a public service announcement for the Epilepsy Foundation of America, with shots of a little girl (not in a car seat or with a seat belt!) climbing over the seats inside a car, a child skateboarder, and a man on a motorcycle. The voiceover mentions that main causes of acquired epilepsy are falls and other accidents, and advises wearing seat belts and helmets to prevent it.
