Here is a segment of the animated short "The Most Important Person". This one's called "Why Not Try?". (color's a bit off - there's an off-air version with slight variations and better color here)

These aired on WFLD Channel 32 and WTTW Channel 11 during the late-seventies and possibly as late as the early eighties? (And, I'm sure, on many other local stations)
