Here is a Station ID in Spanish for WCIU Channel 26 and W55AS Channel 55 in Milwaukee set at the Chicago lakefront.

"This is WCIU-TV, channel 26, Chicago's first UHF TV station, and W55AS, channel 55 in Milwaukee; serving with pride the Spanish speaking community."

Music used in the background is "Sometimes in Winter" by Blood, Sweat & Tears.

Not sure when they used this ID, but 1985 seems a good estimate, based on other material on the tape. (Although it was probably used for many years)
