Here is another warning bumper which aired at the beginning of Monty Python on WTTW Channel 11.

Voiceover by Joan Kohn.

"Monty Python's Flying Circus contains scenes which some people may consider unsuitable for younger or more sensitive viewers."

Not sure when this aired exactly, but based on other evidence 1982 is a good guess.
