Now for some more neat old TV-44 footage!

Here is Commercial Break #6 for The 1 O'Clock Movie presentation of the animated "Gulliver's Travels" on WSNS. Includes:

The 1 O'Clock Movie bumper slide

C.E.T. - Washer & Dryer rental - at MOhawk 4-4100 - 2945 North Milwaukee Avenue and 2025 West 95th Street (with Bud Kelly, former WFLD announcer as the spokesman in the plaid jacket)

Amazing International Gourmet Pan commercial offer - with 50 Things You Could Do With Crepes. (I can think of a few...) They should have named their book "Holy Crepe!". ;-) (Main voiceover by Les Marshak, ending voiceover by ??)

The 1 O'Clock Movie bumper slide

Unfortunately (we can always find something to complain about, can't we?) the person who recorded this 29 years ago (who at the time had no idea his recording would be enshrined forever) had some iffy reception, since the picture goes back and forth between color and black and white throughout the movie. This break is in color! :-)

This aired on local Chicago TV on Thursday, December 27th 1979.
