Dr. Alvenia M. Fulton at the Fultonian Health & Fasting Institute - 1953 West 63rd Street.

Dr. Mitch Messer (sp?) and his Anger Clinic in the Garland Building at 111 North Wabash.

This aired on local Chicago TV in late Summer 1991.
