WLS Channel 7 - It's Not Easy Bein' Me (Technical Difficulties Moment & Ending, 1982)

Here is the ending for the Rodney Dangerfield special - "It's Not Easy Bein' Me" as aired on WLS Channel 7. At about 15 seconds in, the picture changes to what looks like a paused open for the WLS news for that night. (Kinda looks like Nite-Owl graphics)

During the ending credits you also get to here a preview for the 10pm Eyewitness News with voiceover by Mary Ann Childers. Top story being the Pope's message to Chicago and his trip being marred by a knife-wielding assailant.

Ends with a partial Ernie Anderson voiced promo for an airing of one of the James Bond movies - The Man With The Golden Gun - on Friday, May 14th 1982.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Wednesday, May 12th 1982 at a little before 10pm. (says Copyright of 1981 at the end - must have been when it was produced and they held onto it for some reason)
