Screaming Yellow Theater (Svengoolie) - "Show #5 - Man Man Sven (ab)Used Cars" (1972)

Here's a segment from Screaming Yellow Theater - the original Svengoolie, which aired on WFLD Channel 32 from 1970-1973. Svengoolie was played by Jerry G. Bishop.

With no clapboard segments, we can only guess that this was Break #6 (from "Show #5") - although on these master tapes sometimes they didn't save all of the breaks, so this could be Break #7 or Break #8 for all we know. This one features a classic - Mad Man Sven (ab)Used Cars. This sketch was seen at one point during an episode of Son of Svengoolie - I believe they were getting requests and wanted to show fans who may not have seen it some of the "original" Svengoolie.

This is the earliest existing example of Sven's S.T.D. Enterprises (Sham, Trickery & Deceit - with the last name changed each time to fit the skit)

This aired on local Chicago TV on a Friday likely in June of 1972.
