WMAQ Channel 5 - On Q - "Spirit of '80 Marathon" (Part 3, 1980)

In honor of today's Chicago Marathon, here's a marathon of a different flavor - the "Spirit of '80 (Dance) Marathon" as part of the 'On Q' program on WMAQ Channel 5. Features a live preview of the disco dance marathon at the club Faces (on Rush Street) the following day, for the cause of Special Olympics. With hosts Terry Burhans and Mike Leiderman. This part features:

Interviews with Joey Diamond, Bonnie Rose and Lee Krause by Terry Burhans.

Interview with Tom Boerwinkle of the Chicago Bulls by Mike Leiderman.

Special Childrens Charities of Chicago voiceover & slide promo (voiceover by ??)

NBC Network - "Proud As A Peacock" promo - Shorter version

B.J. And The Bear network promo (Beginning voiceover by Casey Kasem, ending voiceover by Jim Hill)

WMAQ Channel 5 - "Proud Local Lineup" promo, featuring clips from NewsCenter 5 at 6pm, Family Feud, The $1.98 Beauty Show, The Price Is Right, and Name That Tune. (voiceover by ??)

Wrap-up of the show featuring people holding up sponsor cards for Papa Milano Restaurant, Cinderella Rockefella, La Preferida, Harry Caray for Mayor of Rush Street, Faces, Huckleberry's, R.F. Contracting Company, Playboy, Mid Town Bank of Chicago, Rodeo, Hotspur's, Fools Rush Inn, The King's Manor, Lakeshore Centre, Park West, Jam Productions, Pacific Trading Company, Pacific Commodities, Arthur's, Wrangler Sleeping Bags, House of Holland, Adolph's, Hair Design Inc., Scrubby's Jeans & Things, Shocker's (or is it Shucker's) and one more that I can't make out with the initials R.C. possibly.
