Here is a commercial for Lincoln Technical Institute. This airing dates to June, 1987.

I believe they also had a another version of the commercial, where you got to see those schmoes' faces longer.

This was one of the more annoying commercials growing up, only because -

1) That damn phone number dialing was annoying,

and

2) It seemed to run every 10 minutes during reruns of Lost in Space or Batman when you were home sick from 7th grade.

"Unemployed or Underemployed". Ecchhh...
