Kentucky Fried Chicken - "America's Country Good Meal" (Commercial, 1977)

Here's an interesting Kentucky Fried Chicken commercial with an odd slogan - was this made for local Detroit only?

"It's not just the crispiness you put on your chicken, it's the taste you put in your crispiness..." Whaa? They should have had Orson Welles do this one.

This aired on local Detroit TV on Sunday, June 19th 1977 during the 6pm to 7pm hour. (not Chicago TV, but still cool)
