SelecTV (End Of Film & Preview, 1981?)

Here is some footage from Milwaukee's version of ON TV and Spectrum - SelecTV. It aired over WCGV Channel 24.

Includes the ending to "Skatetown U.S.A." followed by a preview for the film "Used Cars".

Not sure when this aired, but based on the films I'd say 1981 is a good guess.
