WFLD Channel 32 - Super Cartoon Sunrise - Popeye Hour (Bumper, 1979?)

Here's a short bumper for the Popeye Hour on WFLD Channel 32 Super Cartoon Sunrise. Includes a short music sting of the show's theme song, a jazzy, funky, disco-fied, Hammond B3 organ-heavy instrumental arrangement (with a bank of trumpets at the end) of "Hail, Hail, the Gang's All Here". (anyone know where it came from or who played on it?)

Wouldn't it be awesome if we could find out who the studio musicians were that recorded the music for these bumpers? Anyone out there know? :-)

Not sure when this aired exactly, but based on evidence in the recording, 1979 seems like a good bet, although technically it could have been early 1980 too.
