Here's a commercial for Bristle Blocks - "It's You, Daddy!" by Playskool - A Milton Bradley Company. Set 806.

Full Disclosure: I edited together the two pieces of this commercial that were found in two different commercial breaks (though from the same broadcast, most likely)

Not sure when this aired exactly, but based on evidence in the recording, 1979 seems like a good bet, although technically it could have been early 1980 too.
