Here's some more results from the open reel transfers financed by our generous group of Fuzzketeers during the Reel Transfer Fundraiser #1. Look for a lot more, coming soon!

Here's the very tail-end of an edition of AM Chicago, an editorial reply (here called a "Rebuttal") and the start of an ABC Network daytime repeat of Happy Days on WLS Channel 7. Tracking is a little iffy at times (don't worry, others are better quality) Includes:

Ending moments of AM Chicago ("Portions Recorded")

Promo for Sunday Night Movie airing of "The Professionals" (1966) starring Lee Marvin, Burt Lancaster and Robert Ryan (voiceover by Gary Gears)

A rebuttal to a Channel 7 Editorial, by Charles Michalski of the 1500+ Club, urging Chicago to reject a recent ruling by U.S. District Court Judge Prentice Marshall regarding the Police Department's hiring practices (opening voiceover by ??)

Commercial: Florida Orange Growers with Anita Bryant - in a supermarket (ending voiceover for A&P by ??)

Eyewitness News promo for "Frank Mathie: House Husband" segment at 5 and 10pm, and "Jay Levine: On the Boulevard" (inside Cook County Jail) at 6pm (voiceover by Gary Gears)

Commercial: Peak Toothpaste with Baking Soda - "97% Natural Ingredients" (voiceover by ??)

WLS animated "Rotating 7" station ID with voiceover PSA (by ??) for "Little City" in Palatine, IL

Opening titles of Happy Days from its first season (with the theme being a re-recording by Bill Haley and His Comets of their big hit "Rock Around the Clock" - note the absence of Henry Winkler as "Fonzie" from these opening titles; he didn't become a major character until around the time of this airing)

Commercial: Kellogg's Sugar Frosted Flakes - Tony the Tiger (voiced by Thurl Ravenscroft) at home with his family - "Good Food and Fun Food"

Commercial: Mazola Margarine - "Eat Smart, America" (voiceover by ??)

Opening moments of Happy Days episode (a repeat of "Richie's Cup Runneth Over," first aired on the ABC Network on January 29th 1974)

This aired on local Chicago TV on Wednesday, February 4th 1976 during about the 10:24am to 10:32am timeframe.
