Here's Part 4 of the Chicago Bulls vs. Washington Bullets game on WGN Channel 9, announced by Jack Fleming and Johnny "Red" Kerr. Includes:

Game play resumes during the 1st quarter. An additional 12 points are racked up by the Bullets, and an additional 8 points by the Bulls, to make the score 32-22 before the tape runs out.

(NOTE: The Bullets beat the Bulls, 124-113, to improve their record to 42-19 while the Bulls' sink to 23-40.)

This aired on local Chicago TV on Wednesday, February 28th 1979 during the 7:20pm to 7:25pm timeframe.
