Here's a reply to a WLS Channel 7 Editorial by Tom Stabnicki of the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), speaking out against the new Youth Services Bureau agency within the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, explaining that such programs in other areas have been plagued with numerous problems in the past, plus the issue of child welfare worker jobs lost due to budget cuts.
