Here's Part 2 of the final episode of Al Lerner Sports on WSNS Channel 44. Lerner was the station's first sportscaster, and would go on to a long career with such stations as WLS Channel 7, WMAQ Channel 5, WGN Radio 720 and WSCR-AM, as well as being a wrestling announcer. Also featuring a young (and at this point, moustacheless) Tim Weigel, then a sportswriter for the now-defunct Chicago Daily News, who himself would become a familiar face on Chicago television, working for all three network-owned stations at one time or another. Al returns to the program with Tim in tow, and once again gives the phone number for viewers to call. He then reads more scores:

- Boston College defeats Holy Cross, 21-7 (rumbling sound heard); touchdown pass from Holy Cross' Pete Voss to Joe Neary in the second period; BC's Ray Rippman passed and Bill Thomas ran the ball for a score

- Rutgers beats Morgan State, 27-8 (Tim calls it "a shocker," then notes the phone lines are lighting up)

- Alabama beats Auburn, 31-7 (what Al calls "the Battle of the Big Unbeatens"; at this point the boom mic is very visible, and a crystal ball on a 2x4 is put next to Al); Johnny Musso's running was key factor for Alabama, and first two touchdowns were scored by QB Terry Davis; Tim had called Alabama on this game
