Here's the opening of The Channel Eleven Moviebreak presentation of the 1963 film "Banana Peel" (starring Jeanne Moreau and Jean Paul Belmondo, with Claude Brasseur, Jean Pierre Marielle, Alain Cuny, and Gert Frobe) on WTTW Channel 11. Includes:

"Made possible by" notice, with billboard for LaSalle National Bank (voiceover by Marty Robinson)

"11 Chicago" station ID with picture of yellow flower (voiceover by Don Ferris)

The Channel Eleven Moviebreak opening, with scenes from various movies over the years (same basic opening as Movie Eleven and Sunday Movie Eleven)

Can anyone name all the films that clips are shown from during the opening? (in order?)

Music used during the opening is a classical piece by Wendy Carlos - I think it's the same theme that the Frugal Gourmet used. Anyone know the name of the piece?

Host Marty Robinson introduces the movie, preceded by a "Fact of Little Interest and No Significance" (pertaining to the 1944 opening of the musical "Meet Me in St. Louis" starring Judy Garland, Tom Drake and Margaret O'Brien); he then describes the plot of the upcoming film, and right afterwards poses a trivia question as to which similarly-titled film Louise Lasser (of Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman fame) appeared in, and who was her co-star. With that, he signals the film's beginning.
