Here's a partial (incomplete) edition of Five Minutes To Live By, followed by a station sign-off of WGN Channel 9. Includes:

Last 2 minutes of sermonette by Father John M. Fusco (sp?), Associate Pastor of St. Veronica Church in Chicago, who spoke at the start of this clip of spiritual master Tao Chi and a challenge he faced about the miracles he could do

Ending titles and backing music for Five Minutes To Live By (A pre-recorded presentation of WGN Community Affairs) (voiceover by Merri Dee) (title typeface set in Lydian Bold)

WGN sign-off with shot of John Hancock Building, 1978 dated National Association of Broadcasters' Television Code Seal of Good Practice, and copyright disclaimer (voiceover by George Bauer, who'd also signed off the station on another late night / early morning captured for posterity on early New Year's Day 1979 at the tail end of this clip)

National Anthem (performed outside WGN's 2501 West Bradley Place studios as the flag is being lowered; this was a different variation from the film shown on sign-ons such as this one from 1982; ends with a shot of the "WGN Continental Broadcast Center" sign [and helicopter passing by] as seen at the end of the (cut off) film on this 1980 sign-on which had the same WGN ID slide with John Hancock Building photo)

About 30 seconds of EIA RS-189A color bars and tone (approx. 377.5 Hz) before carrier is cut

This aired on local Chicago TV in or around 1978.
