Here's Part 6 of WLS Channel 7's 30th Anniversary Special, broadcast from Chicago's Park West and hosted by Eyewitness News anchors Fahey Flynn and Joel Daly.

This part includes:

Long shot of anniversary audience and show title on screen, with intro of preview of films to be shown on ABC's movie shows in the 1978-79 season (introductory voiceover by Gary Gears)

"The Movies on ABC" promo (voiceover by Ernie Anderson), with clips from the following films to be shown in the coming season:

- "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" (1976) with Peter Sellers as Inspector Clouseau and Herbert Lom as his nemesis Dreyfus

- "Walking Tall - The Final Chapter" (1977) with Bo Svenson as Buford Pusser

- "Shampoo" (1975) with Warren Beatty, Julie Christie, Goldie Hawn, Lee Grant and Jack Warden

- "The Little Girl Who Lives Down The Lane" (1976) with Jodie Foster and Martin Sheen

- "Mother, Jugs & Speed" (1976) with Bill Cosby, Raquel Welch and Harvey Keitel (respectively)

- "Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid" (1969) with Robert Redford, Paul Newman and Katherine Ross

Next comes "Novels for Television" to air the upcoming season:

- "Pearl" (about the lead-up to the December 7th 1941 bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japanese) with an all-star cast including Angie Dickinson, Dennis Weaver, Robert Wagner and Lesley Ann Warren (Trivia Note: One of the parts aired opposite The Star Wars Holiday Special on CBS)

- "Roots: The Next Generations" (a follow-up to the hugely successful 1977 miniseries "Roots"), with an all-star cast including Dorian Harewood, Ruby Dee, Henry Fonda, Richard Thomas, Georg Stanford Brown, and Olivia de Havilland

This is followed by another "We're the One" promo (with voiceover by Ernie Anderson), with previews of the following shows in the coming season:

- Charlie's Angels

- Vega$

- Battlestar Galactica (the title of which is shown on the screen as "Battle Star: Galactica")
