WFLD Channel 32 - Forever Fernwood (Bumper & Ending, 1977)

Here's a rare bumper and the ending credits for Forever Fernwood on WFLD Channel 32, followed by a filmed promo for Night Gallery (screwed up with a voiceover by Bud Kelly promoting the upcoming Honeymooners episode that followed immediately).

The "Night Gallery Hour" promo ends with a neat animated "32" logo left over from the Kaiser era - I don't think we've seen this here before.

Lastly we have the first moments of the opening titles of The Honeymooners, where the episode was "A Matter of Life and Death".

The Forever Fernwood bumper features Dabney Coleman, Marian Mercer and Greg Mullavey, left to right. I wish they would release all of the "Fernwood" shows on DVD, especially Fernwood 2 Night, a show ahead of it's time.

This aired on local Chicago TV on Friday, November 4th 1977 at about the 10:29pm to 10:30pm timeframe.
