Here's Part 3 (the final part) of the Gigglesnort Hotel episode "Vanity" (episode #17, original airdate 5-11-75) as aired on WSVN Channel 7 in Miami / Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Includes:

Gigglesnort Hotel bumper

B.J. (Bill Jackson) is trying to put Blob back together after falling apart over Dirty Dragon's profile - and transforms him into "Mr. Huggy Man," also setting him up with a teddy bear.

Next, B.J. does a drawing, starting off rendering Maynard with his banjo, then fills out Weird holding a yo-yo, and finally draws a door with Dirty on the outside looking in, with his head much larger than the rest of his body ("That's what vanity is all about"). B.J. tries to show him the drawing, but gets rebuffed. Finally, Mr. Gigglesnort comes out with his carrot, explaining how every so often it rings. B.J. thinks Gigglesnort is hearing things, but then the carrot rings, and after he answers (it's Bugs Bunny on the line), he waves goodbye.
